Protect buildings, stock and equipment — and the profits you lose while you recover.

Keep your business standing after a loss

Fire, flood, burglary or equipment failure can stop a business overnight. Property insurance pays to repair or replace what is damaged; business interruption cover replaces lost gross profit and pays extra costs while you get back to normal.

We start with a risk review of your premises, values and dependencies, so sums insured and indemnity periods are right before a loss happens.

Frequently asked questions

What is under-insurance?

If your sum insured is lower than the true value, the insurer may apply “average” and pay only a proportion of your claim. Regular valuations prevent this.

How long should my indemnity period be?

Long enough to fully recover — including rebuilding, re-equipping and winning back customers. For many businesses that is 12 to 24 months.
