Why use an insurance broker?

Buying insurance directly means dealing with one insurer and one set of products. A broker changes that: we act on your behalf, assess your risks and take them to several insurers.

Advice before you buy

We start by understanding what you need to protect and what cover you already have, so you don’t pay for things you don’t need — or miss things you do.

Choice and negotiation

We compare price and, just as importantly, policy wording: limits, excesses, exclusions and conditions. The cheapest quote is rarely the best value if it excludes the risk you care about most.

Help when you claim

This is where a broker earns their place. We prepare the claim, deal with the insurer and loss adjusters, and follow it through to settlement.
